With Functional Medicine we will explore your entire health history and lifetime of exposures to toxins, stress and events in your life. Diagnosed health conditions and medications will be explored. Time and investigations is important, every persons journey is individual and impacts your body system differently.
Personalised Program
After a thorough dive into your history we identify key triggers and areas that are likely to be impacting your symptoms. Examples may include food sensitivities, toxins, hormone imbalances, thyroid function, nutrient deficiencies, stress and metabolic function. You will receive targeted investigations and recommendations on how to address and improve these issues.
Support and Coaching
By listening to your unique story, I find the nutritional and biochemical imbalances that may have led to your symptoms. We will work together, you will have my continued support and advice. I will provide you with motivational coaching to find your barriers and accelerate results. You will be given summary notes and followup appointments with the option of working together long enough for you to confidently thrive on your own.
